I started writing You Hear That in early 2011, with the goal of connecting people with the sites and tools that could help them find their next favorite artists and albums. Over time, it’s become a place for me to think out loud about my experiences with and around music, with the occasional guest post or interview thrown in for good measure.
Name’s Davy Jones (no relation to the Monkee or the locker), and I’m a 30-year-old copywriter and musician based in Richmond, VA. I like listening to vinyl, watching basketball, listening to vinyl while watching basketball, and eating meals on the couch with my food-obsessed wife, who writes a blog of her own.
