To all you parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme slingin’ epicureans, hard at work on some delicious stuffing — don’t forget, Alton Brown says to cook it OUTSIDE THE BIRD to avoid having to choose between dry meat and salmonella — I present to you Sérgio Mendes’ scrumptious version of “Scarborough Fair.”
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Hope you had a great feast with family & friends. I still have pie in my fridge, calling to me… Cheers!
Thank you! I hope yours was great as well, and I hope you’re enjoying that pie! (I have some of my own to take care of, along with a turkey sandwich or twelve.) As a side note, I had a lot of fun listening to The Royal Scam over the weekend. I can’t remember a time when I unexpectedly recognized so many songs when listening to an album from start to finish for the first time (I suppose we can safely blame Kanye for “Kid Charlemagne”). Really cool stuff — thanks again for the recommendation!
