The universe is a beautiful place and I’m so happy to be living in it.
I’m happy that Susan Dietrich turned to music in her time of need and was rewarded. (Read her story here.) I’m happy that we live in an age where people are so dilligent about researching and reissuing music that didn’t get its due the first time around. (I recently got copies of Who Is William Onyeabor? and Native North America, Volume 1 — both are fantastic.) And I’m happy that Steady Sounds posted a picture of this album yesterday, alerting me to its existence. (I hope they still have one in stock!)
